Equipped with both a manual metal spinning lathe and a state-of-the-art Leifeld SC310 fully automatic metal spinning centre. With the flexibility of these machines, we are able to offer a wide range of metal spinnings and spun parts in many different materials, such as; MuMetal®, stainless steel including 316, 304 and many other grades, specialist alloys, pure iron, aluminium, copper and niobium.

Coordinate measuring machines (CMM) provide high-precision geometrical quality control, increase productivity, save time and reduce scrap. The technology also improves the traceability of quality processes and adherence to industrial standards.

Our tensile testing equipment is used for both quality control purposes and research purposes. Using the tensile tester we can study the performance of magnetic shielding under forces of up to 25,000N. We can also assure the integrity of welded components within these high-force applications.
